Lokdin is a commitment platform that allows users to create public or private commitments with real consequences. The Service includes:

Public commitments posted on X (Twitter)
Private commitments with cryptocurrency stakes (USDC)
Hard mode combining public and private accountability
Agent-verified proof submission and validation

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when creating commitments
Submitting valid proof of completion before deadlines
Understanding that locked funds may be forfeited if commitments fail
Maintaining the security of their accounts and wallets

4. Financial Stakes

When creating commitments with locked stakes:

Funds are locked in a smart contract on the blockchain
Successful completion returns funds to the user
Failure to provide valid proof before the deadline results in fund forfeiture
All transactions are final and irreversible

5. Proof Validation

Proof submissions are reviewed and validated by authorized administrators. The validation process aims to be fair and consistent, but users acknowledge that:

Validation decisions are final
Clear, verifiable proof is required for success
Disputes may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

6. Limitation of Liability

Lokdin provides the platform "as is" and cannot be held liable for:

Loss of funds due to user error or failed commitments
Technical issues or blockchain network problems
Third-party services (X/Twitter, blockchain networks)
Market volatility of cryptocurrency

7. Modifications to Service

Lokdin reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
